What are the types of intermittent fasting?
There are many different types of intermittent
fasting and more important ones are:
-Time-restricted eating (16 hours fasting
on \ 8 hours fasting off): In this option, you fast for 16 hours including
sleeping hours and can eat your daily
calories for only eight hours of the day.
-The Warrior Diet (20 hours fasting \ 4
hours eating):
This option is not recommended for
beginners because it is difficult. In this option, you eat one meal and replace
other meals with fruits and beverages.
-The twice a week method (5:2):
In this option, you fast for 24 hours on 2
non-consecutive days each week. On non-fasting days, you normally eat the daily
allowed calories.
